gravity holds me down on this earth, and the chair I'm sitting in and all sorts of other things...
What about the energy body, the spirit, the soul? do those things get affected by gravity, if so in what ways, and if not, why not?

The spirit is in your mind, which is kinda in or of your brain (so while you're sittin' at the comp, it's not floating upwards

Spiritual Talk would seem to be more fitting - I just didn't really want to bother people in there with my question.
It was more of an off hand question - the type that makes you wonder who is doing the thinking.

Well it's more about the objective truth of physical effects on incorporeal and nontangible objects than about personal spiritual belief, I guess. ,
