This subject is very complicated to discus with simple matter and its as well an individual thing.Yes,all people have the potential to develop abilitys beyond normal understandings but some few people are genetecli predisposed to have these abilitys without training them.

Right,look at it like this.You can train how oft you desire PSI but without any effect.I know the difference between me when i havent had experienced energy applied on me and after that.I realized that the answer was there the hole time but something else would have to give me the necacery push for knowing the truth about my potential PSI abilitys.

a friend of mine claims I'm a CRYSTAL child... whatever that means... it had something to do with natural abilities or something...
