Energy working question

Okay, so I'm back for a little time. A lot is going on, so if I disappear for a while, don't worry.

Anyways, so I've been helping one of my friends energy. She is my classmate and co-worker as well.

When I work energy, the energy seems so cold. It's why hands are always so cold as well as my body. Sure it does frighten people and they usually are like, warm up Sme-sama! Warm up. But people can feel the energy and the air, even many feet away.

So for anybody, does this cold air happen when they manipulate energy?

I have had it happen once, it got too cold for me though so I've been reluctant to try it again.

How cold are you talking about?

From a "not so accurate baking thermometer" I registered a 35* drop on my right hand.

I believe it has to do with what your thoughts of energy are, have you tried thinking of fire to warm things up?

Next time that'll happen I'll see if I can somehow get a temperature. Dunno.

I can't managed to do that. It's always cold air, no matter what. Never warm. It's not that I was taught this way, it just....is. The only thing I know that energy is....is all those godamn dots. And the Reiki Master confirmed this, I see energy. I can manipulate the flame of fire or candle not much, but no, I can't seem to warm up the way the energy feels or not.

I never discussed this with my two best friends, but they too, energy for them is cold.

But if that isn't what you mean silent, then could you explain a little more?
