Hello,
I'm very new to the actual learning of psychokinesis but I have read many articles, watched many videos, and had many discussions about it with friends.
I'm now interested in learning psychokinesis but only to a small extent. I'm only interested in the slight movement and manipulation of objects such as the psiwheel, a pencil, spoon/fork bending, and etc.
In some of the articles I've read(Not from this site because I just found this website), many people mention not over working yourself as it may lead to health problems or simple headaches. However one thing that worried me was in one article I read, it was mentioned that psychokinesis may cause death.
Which brings me to the following questions:
1. Considering the fact that I'm not planning to go further then lets say spinning a watch, do I actually have anything to worry about health wise?
2. With the above in mind, would it be wise to first learn and practice safety techniques before actually trying to move a pencil or bend a fork?
3. How exactly can you tell if your overworking yourself aside from the headache? I've heard of people getting chest pains, but what else should I look for and what should I do if i experience any of the symptoms?
4. After practicing psychokinesis on an object, is there anything that should be done when your finished rather then just getting up and doing something non-related? (IE: After a cardio workout you do a cool down exercise, is there something similar you should do after performing psychokinesis?)
Also if you could point me directly to any articles that may help answer my questions or help build my ability, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for all replies.
