People always say Light beats Dark but in reality no.
Where there is light, there is somthign to shadow it creating darkness. Where there is Dark, there is just dark.
Dont say, well what about the street lights because that is not what I am saying.
In your opinion why does Light beat Dark?

Light and Dark are like...supporters of each other. There can't be light without dark, and there can't be dark without light.

Light and Dark are like...supporters of each other. There can't be light without dark, and there can't be dark without light. Indeed, without light you would have nothingness, due to there being nothing to define it with. Without darkness you would still have nothingness due to, yet again, nothing to define it with. We need both light and darkness to keep ourselves balanced. One who is not balanced can cause harm while trying to help. Thus I think that it is best to understand both light and dark, good and evil, therefore you are able to do what is best without causing harm.

No one is fully consumed by darkness And no body is fully consumed by light
If you look at the Ying Yang smybol the Ying Yang teaches us that no matter how dark or "evil" a person is there is always a ligth side to them or a angelic side to them and no matter How light or "good" a person is there is always a dark side or demonic side to them

What you should be asking is what happens when you put them together in harmony like the ying-yang.
The ying-yang means they are both together in harmony.

When you speak of light and dark, bear in mind there will always be a range of grey.

Indeed, many people think things are black and white, but in reality everything is shades of gray. Everything you do has both a good side and a bad side.

ok define good and bad? what is or perspective of good what is or perspective of bad what we believe is is good may be bad in the eyes of others what we believe is bad may be good in eyes of others what we believe is light may be dark to others what we believe to be dark may be light to others we have no right to judge what is good or bad what is right and wrong or what is light and dark

That is one of many reasons that I believe that it is shades of gray, as we ourselves do not truly know what light/dark, good/evil are. Each person has their own ethics and their own definitions of good/evil and light/dark.
