Actually ecerything. Firstly psi-ball. I can't feel it again. I imagine sun as my source. draw it's energy and spread into my whole body. concentrated on my sternum and head. The energy swriled to my hands and a ball appears. Then I add energy to it. and nothing.

Oh man now it sounds like it's suppose to be in the psi-ball area. Well. not really. It felt stronger when I did it from psipog. I am using the manuel of richard doolittle. That was not he;p since it was confusing and I tried to contact him but no ones there.
