Inner power

I think I have describe this before I started psi and ect... once I all ways new I had some type of ability or powers of some sort but I didn't know what it was and still don't know what it is till this day but I know it wants to surface cause I can feel it In side me hard to explain but I can remember when I felt this inner power once when I was so excited when I was walking and jumping for joy another time when I was washing the dishes I felt it once again it

I have seen people post threads on how can they release their inner power and here are a couple

Well I don't know, and it seems that it is a big problem all right, so why don't you just try and go Freudorian on this, like immerse into your own subconscious and try to release whatever it is you need to release.

How can I immerse into my subconsciousness?? does my subconscious know of this inner power??

Well I don't know if it does, I mean do anyone does? The subconsciuos is one of the biggest misteries of the universe!!! But there are some really skilled therapists that have made progress on that matter, try google them up, or about the subconscious, although by yourself would be pretty dificult... But good luck though, I hope you succeed! I would help you but my psichology knowledge is rather limited to text books... I don't have practical experience...

This is all wishful thinking, there is no miracle formula to be great at psionics. Practice, experimentation and belief. These are all the powers we have and it's our choice if we use them.

Yeah, but there is stuff that helps a little daevl, and teraphy helps a lot to some people, especially those that need to remember some stuff in order to start using it... Well, I'm a teraphy entusiast...

And it's not a miracle formula... it actually takes years and years to make progress.
