As many of you may know, we basiclly only use 20% of our physical bodies power. Many people know how to break these limits, and about everyone suffers a small limit breaker atleast once in there life, this is called an adrenaline rush. Activating the bodies natural chemicals, and increasing energy flow at full can make you several times stronger, faster, and have a higher brain proccesing power which means your reactions will be faster and in some cases youll see the world in a slower motion.
Many people atempt to do this, the few that succeed sometimes play around with this. Showing off and what not. These people tend to die before there 40's.
Why? Well these limits are not just here to hold us back, there here to protect us. Your life span will be reduced every time this happens. A small adrenaline rush might not reduce your lifespan, but when you get an adrenaline rush you do not need to save your life, and use it to your advantage your life span will be shortened. Theres muscle increasing techniques, and mental techniques that use the natural body. Martial Artists practice in this. Ushing, Chi/Ki/Psi etc can unlock these chemicals, but at what cost? Your life? This is why these teachings are not just given out, they are taught by a few people for life and death situations.
This is just a warning, increasing your bodies natural flow will in the end kill you.

Im not 100% understanding your question, sorry for the next few months my mind will be fairly foggy...more then usual. So its becomming hard to understand simple questions.
I think your trying to say, is it possible to tap into these powers only for one situation and then not do it again. Yes.

Removing limiters does not knock years off of your life. They're there to protect us from tearing or straining our muscles. & how is this general psionics?

Please provide documentation to show that increasing the level of adrenaline nflow to the boy can be linked to a shortened lifespan. The adrenal glands make more fairly quickly, I can't see how it would be even remotely harmful.

I've never heard of anything to that extent...Adrenaline is a chemical your body makes when threatened however I don't think an excessive rush of it would kill you.

I've heard somewhere, that adrenaline can harm you if you are on like a 1 hour adrenaline rush because it puts a lot of strain on your body...but I don't really know if this is accurate.

Yeah I agree. Adrenaline really wouldn't do any harm to you. I'm not quite sure where you learned that it does though..

Yes, actually, having a prolonged surge of adrenaline could strain the heart, lungs, and some other important organs, as they'd be working faster than normal for a long period of time. But just releasing the adrenaline yourself, and for a short time, isn't going to cause your body any harm. Also, I don't see what chi has to do with adrenaline. Increasing chi flow is good for the body, since it lowers blood pressure and widens nerve fibers. That's why chi kung practicioners tend to live to be well over 90.

Yeah like anything, an overdose of adrenaline could be dangerous...but i dont know of a way even through psi that you would be able to sustain releasing that much adrenaline for a long amount of time....

What he's talking about isn't achieved through adrenaline.
