I found this a while back when I was trying to learn how to lucid dream. I still haven't had a LD, mostly because my dream recall is horrible, and it's hard for me to wake up and not go back to sleep in the morning.
But anyway, this course deals with lucid dreaming, but does delve a little into psi (they call it bio-magnetic energy, which when you think about it could be an appropriate name) during the last part of it. Bust I have often seen LD topics explained in psi sites, so I though it would be appropriate to post it here.

Where's the site, i would love to read more on LD's. I can almost always remember multiple dreams when i wake up in the morning. Sometimes, i won't remember then at first, but then i'll do something in the day and it will like trigger me to remember one i had that night. Weird?

So i read the first chapter of that course, and it pretty detailed that you need to learn to perform dream recall and keep a journal of them. Anybody read ahead to what we do after we have mastered dream recall??

You then become familiar with hypgognia signs, and during week 2 you start trying to LD. I've never been able to finish week 1 however, I have trouble staying awake long enough for the hypgognia stage. (I think I spelt Hypgognia wrong. )
