ok. with enough energy is it possible to combine techniques? such as remote viewing and creating and flaring a psi ball? or using empathy to read a persons emotion while using telepathy to percieve their thoughts?

Absolutely. Some of these combinations will reflect your personal skills though. Some people find it incredibly difficult to view a location and form a psiball there, whereas others can do so relatively easily.

Always. In fact, I suggest it. Combining techs help you learn more, and can cause some interesting effects you didn't think would happen.

also since it is possible to program psi balls to be hot or cold could we theoretically cook food with an expanded psi ball?

Yes (in response to the first question) it is very possible. I very seldom use just telepathy or just empathy. I use a mixture of the two.

Yes, all things can be combined, so far as I have seen.
You can easily project your mind to someone else, and then do energy-work in their location, sense in their location, heal in their location, and much more.
You can create a construct using energy-working that will alert you when it senses something in a different area, or heal anyone you set it to circle around.
You can even use a combination of telepathy, empathy, sensing, and energy-manipulation to help others learn by directly placing information into them. This is something that I am still trying to do effectively.

when i first started consciously using my empathy lots of times i would get some residual telepathic connections like quick images and thoughts that someone are currently thinking or is kind of on the top of there conscioussness
