well as tkman explained, but I was more thinking of when people started to use it. Does that make sense? I can't tell due to the energy drink I just had. ;D

What he means is, when did people first start using telekinesis, telepathy, and things like that, and I don't think anyone knows.

i truthfully think it either recently started because were moving into the fourth dimension,or some one got mad,visualized energy flowing into some guy and killed him with overload.then thought about telling it what to do and taught others,that was for comedy,but it could be.

Though, like stated, no one can no exactly when.
It was most likley better understood back then, and used with better ease. Probally in a centralized area which during some point in history fell, and information was both leaked and diluted and here we are today, with a small understanding and control then that of the people back then.

actually I saw this stuff on the discovery channel where they were talking cave men using pre-cog to know where their prey was in advance.

Nice question!!
If people can use when they start breathing, cave man will not rub wood to wood to make fire. They will use cryokinesis.
What I think is that "Atlantic people" start using those kind of spiritual powers.
But not sure wheter cave man telepathy or pre-cog to hunt their prey. I think they hunt their preys by smelling.

Yes. many people have been meditating for Many many years now. I would expect that back in ancient times, people believed that they could harness some kind of energy through concentrating and believing.
