You could always try esoteric healing, which is basically using your abilities to affect peoples' bodies, helping them with chronic diseases or to heal from acute injuries faster. Or you could simply try applying your abilities in other areas, like law enforcement (influence a criminal in negotiations, find out who's lying to you, gauge a potential threat with precog, etc.) or business (pretty much same as law enforcement ^_^).

You also have psychiatrist ( empathic people can feel how they feel and find a way to help them out, or telepathic people can understand their reasons).
