i didnt know where to put this so here is were is where i decided. i sometimes feel pain in my hands due to the elefctricity and energy that i feel there i mean its a greata mount of energy that goes through my hands. i also feel a lot of heat coming out of them. is this harmful in anyway i mean when pain takes over?

If it really hurts I would suggest stopping....but heres what I would say to stop it. Try and learn how to make a shield, if you don't know already. Then create a shield around your hands before you do it...hope this helps.

Yes making a shield would work. If it hurts ALOT then stop, but if its just minor heat, and a bit of pushing, or pulling in youre hand then that means youre doing something, and hopefully its what you want it to be.
