Okay....here is all the questions I have. Hopefully somebody will shed some light on these subjects.
1. Does water conduct energy?
2. How do you tune into an object?
3. How do you strengthen your subconscious?
4. What are all of the power's names, and what do they do? I've heard of cyrokinesis, and all kinds of other names, I have no clue what they are.
5. Conjuring items from thin air, possible, or impossible?
6. How do you use your subconscious?
That's all the ones I can think of. If anybody can answer one or more questions then please by all means. Also, if anybody has any questions they would like to post, then feel free. I'll try to answer all I can.

Almost all things conduct energy. I haven't found anything that does not conduct it.
I do not know how to explain tuning into an object, but experimentation should be a good way for you to figure it out.
Continual work will strengthen your consious and subconsious at the same time.
All the various -kinesis things are really just psycokinesis on different things.
Materializing energy is possible, but I doubt anyone has either the knowledge, or the willpower to do such.
And everything you do utilises your subconsious to some degree or another.

Okay. Well I heard two that I have no idea about...Aerokinesis, and Cyrokinesis. And something with the initials of JK...I am not sure if JK is a person or a kinesis, but they all have different meanings. What do they do? For example. The blanks are there because it could be anything.
Telekinesis - Moving _____ from a distance
Psychokinesis - Moving _____ with your mind
Pyrokinesis - Summoning fire

Telekinesis and psychokinesis are the same things. All the rest that end with kinesis such as pyrokinesis aerokinesis or cryokinesis are fluff terms. They are all just psychokinesis. Psychokinesis means moving matter with your mind. Everything is matter so psychokinesis covers everything. People just added pyro for fire, aero for air, and so on. Try not to use these terms though. Gotcha. I've seen a video of a man who lit this piece of paper on fire with his hands. Older indian man. I can get you the website url if you want to watch it. If you want to see a cool one, look at video 3 if you want to see what tears of training could get you. Also, if these are myths, let me know. They look pretty darn real to me. You can not create matter or energy.
You can transform matter into energy and energy into matter but you can never create more energy or more matter out of nothing.
There is an equal balance which can not be tampered with between matter and energy.
Also, alot of peopel say it's fluff to change matter into energy...well say that to the japanese after they were bombed in WWII.
