Do you know of any teas that are said to enhance psychic ability, or help energy flow?

Well, I've never heard of a special tea that does any kind of thing. There are gemstones out there that people say enhance certain things if worn. Also maybe some herbs, but some are very hard to find. Note, I said some, but not all are hard.

Yea, it doesnt enhance psychic skills persay but there are drinks that will inturn help you.
I have a drink that I have two of them a day, it helps me Mentally, Psychally and Spirtually but its not a magic drink that enhances my spirit or something. It just helps. Though there a also some things which they call "evil" and scientist have did testing on these herbs and plants and cant explain why it causes these effects, so be carefull.
Also, everyone thing is different. For example, the drink I have every day twice a day might kill you within the week.

Okay, well how about herbal teas? Nothing rare or potentially lethal, just calming ones.

Mugwort (if you don't use too much) can be helpful for visions, AP, LDs, prophetic dreaming, clairvoyance, etc., etc. Don't use more than a teaspoon, as it's poisonous in large quantities. The following recipe can strengthen the effects: 1 tsp. chamomile 2 tsp. rose petals 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. peppermint 1 tsp. mugwort Drink it a half-hour (maybe a little less) before going to bed and see what it does for you. ^_^

Mugwort's pretty cheap, man. You can get it in just about any herbal or new age store, it's not like you have to grow your own. ^_^

1. I do not have a car. 2. We have one occult shop thats 3 miles away I can ride my bike to but it's a load of crap. The shelves were stocked with mostly used sylvia browne books and other crap. They had their other wares on folding tables and the things were in crates!Just about the only thing that was good was the crystals and incense, sorry to say.

yeah I tend not to trust occult stores for that reason. Aarg sylvie browne. She gives a bad name to psionics. I would think any tea that helps you calm down would be good for psi.

Yep. I like drinking regular imported hot tea, but only when I can get it. I might try to get mugwort, but I don't know if I can. If you have any commoner recipies that could be found around a common household, without suspicion, I would LOVE to know because I have only APed once, and it was kind of hard.

Oh, I almost forgot, thyme's another one. Not nearly as strong as mugwort, but gets similar results in large quantities.

Uuuh... Be careful what you drink if you're APing with it, some things can be hallucinogenic, and that's not really good to have floating around in your system.
However, I do love tea. Don't much like coffee, but tea is good. Green tea is considered to be rather good for your health, doubt it does much for psi though.
If you want a food that may help, try eating lots of fish. FRESH fish. Not packaged fishsticks. Fish contains, among other things, omega-3 fatty acids which boost neural receptors in the brain. Quite literally, brain food. Salmon in particular (which is, incidentally, one of my favorite kinds).
I didn't get off topic... Nope... Not at all >.>
