Thanks!

I think instead of working with Psi to help you with that, you'd be better off in the long run by training and getting fit. You should train your body, just like your mind. ;]

I would agree with Laureth here, however there are a few non-physical things you can do.
For one, try to focus your willpower and tell yourself that you WILL get finished with whatever your goal is no matter how hard it is. With enough willpower, you can often run 2-3 miles farther than you can normally, though you will pay the price for ignoring your body.
Also, if you can focus enough on something else, you may end up not spending as much energy doing things. This is because you relax a bit more, and relaxed muscles take less energy to move than tense ones do.

Charging your whole body with psi will make you feel energized (because you will be).

yehhh... ok psi can indeed make you feel more energized and active, but thats about it. If you want more endurance you have to work that out by yourself by keeping in shape and training physically, and eating healthy which can also strengthen the mind which is good for psionics.

Too true. Psionics can't do much else. Just exercise more.

Well, that's not entirely true. I read somewhere about bioPK and how it can influence your body. Don't ask me how to do it because I have no clue, but if you google biokinesis you should find a good technique.
Also I have a construct that will supposedly last until the end of the school year, because it keeps drawing energy from the earth so as not to dissipate. It is programmed to energize me in specific ways to increase my strength, speed, stamina, etc. I can't really explain how I did it, but if you can make good constructs, then this is an easy way to do better in PE. (Or just PM me and I'll try and make another one for you...)

I, for a change, completely agree with Brilenus. (nothing personal against you, we just often have different views.) But anyway, while those techniques Brilenus describe will help you, in my opinion, better reach your potentail available to you at that point in time, the only way to actually increase the capacity for your body to run faster, carry heavier loads, run longer, etc. is to work out.
But if your really rich, you could always buy a stronger body. (And unfortanitally, that is probably possible to a certain extent.)

I agree with Brilenus on this. i actually have a self example from today. today was the first training day for our high school soccer team, and we were running to build endurance. I was keeping up well but i was starting to get worn out, so i just focused on keeping up with my friend beside me no matter how bad my sides hurt. i kept up and finished but in return i was dehydrated, my vision started fading in and out, i couldnt stand afterwards, and i even vomited because i didnt eat lunch.

I'd have to go with "exercise" on this one. If you try to do something to "temporarily increase your muscle strength" you're only hurting yourself in the long run. The next time you have to run or do anything strenuous you won't be able to do it. Just get into shape and you'll be able to do much better in gym class. Plus, you'll feel better and it'll help your psi flow better.
