so this idea struck me last night, why not make a series that teaches how to become psychic?

i mean, it wont directly go out and say so, but it will use actual techniques, then psion kids would be popping up all over the place.


my idea was to have a kid find out that he can do some stuff (psychic) one day, then as the show progresses he finds out that there are others and learns how to control what he has and eventually learns more.
and hell use actually techniques (that we ourselves learn from) in the show. that way, some kids will be gullible enough to try it and then find that it actually works (i actually tried the 'fusion dance' from dragon ball z

i want it to be a series because there is alot to learn and movies arent long enough to go into them


the only problem is, i dont have a good story line. if i could get a good one, ill work on it, and eventually, when my carrier progresses. i could use the link ill have to get it made

Hey, that sounds like a great idea! I'm not sure how practical it is, but if you have the dream, go for it!

what do you mean practical? the show would teach people how to do it, but that would be a 'subliminal' message.
just like Heros and the like. they show people with powers. that what my show will do, but secretly teach you how to actually use them

I don't know if very many people would actually practise the skills you put on there, for real. Whatever they did would be filled with AOL.

Psionics is good as a sort of unknown thing.

It's a very good idea, but I'm not sure. I don't think they will accept it if it's too close to the real thing. So far I haven't seen a show using real techniques. Or it could be that you're the first one to think about it.

Psionics isn't accepted in the outside world, that's the only reason there hasn't been a show with real techniques. Majority of people don't know what psionics is.
