I have been practicing weather tequniques over the past couple weeks but I can't tell weather anything I do is actually because of me or it is just mere chance. If it is than I might want to calm it down. If its not I guess I need practice. Does anyone know how to tell?
P.S
funnel clouds are bad, right?

ok im no expert but if its raining really heavy, and you tell it to stop, and it stoips fairly quicky, and grey clouds were all around you, i would say it was you who was doing the controlling.

That helps a bit but I need a little more info, like how I know that I caused winds and weather I actually moved a large storm off its course.

ahhh maybe if the wind was blowing east, then you quickly mde iit blow north, then back to east again? im not sure. sorry.
