Project a beam of psi-energy from your sternum and focus on the air molecules that are floating around you... feel them with that beam and then bend their course of direction.
One tip: Think of the air as nothing more than consensed air particles or molecules floating around together to make a whole. They aren't connected, they're just condensed.

I know. All the techniques I use are the ones that no one knows of, but a few people. Good luck.

-Call wind- Get into a nice open area where you will not be disturbed and after meditating imagine strings of psi stretching off of your fingers towards the winds. Pull, not jerk, your hand where you want the wind to blow. This takes a while to master and eventually you will able to bring on strong winds.
-Call Wind 2- Visualize the power of the four winds being attached by "strings" to your hands, so that you telekinetically move the wind. Keeping the strings in your mind, slowly raise your hands, which will draw the winds towards you. As your hands are raised, some wind should begin to blow. Repeat this if you want more wind.
I'm not sure if these are true techniques. Something I found from a site a while back. If you do have success with these, please tell us ;D

I've got my psi-wheel spinning with aero-kinesis. I've also got paper moving slightly with aero-kinesis and that's it.

Yesterday, I was playing around with areo in school. I know I'm supposed to be outside and stuff, but I found out that I can gather wind in a controlled environment. In all my classes, I would say in my mind “wind, come to me.” And after a few minutes, I would feel the air, swirling around my hand (note: was only using my right hand, had my left hand on the lower part of my arm channeling more energy through.) Then in about…my 7th period class, one of my friends came up to me and said, “Have you been working on areokinesis all day?” Course I said yes. She told me to stop because there were large gusts of wind downstairs. Don’t know if it was mere coincidence, or if it was me. I hope it’s me.
Another lil note, to make sure I wasn’t just making myself believe I was bringing wind to my hand, I stuck my left hand out in the opposite direction, and felt for the same sensation in my left hand. Didn’t feel anything in my left, but after a while it got cold, while my right felt like someone had a mini fan blowing on it. That’s my lil success story, anyone else having any luck with this?

That's what I said. It's also a better way to practice and notice results.
