Hey guys, I've been doing TK/PK for a while but I just started Cryokinesis today. I got to the point were I can get my hands a bit cold. (but it only took about a minute so I didn't practice much :P ) I was wondering if any of you had some tips for starting of with the Cryokinesis. Thanks

Yeah, use a thermometer.

yeah, the placebo effect is powerful
don't believe your hands are cold until someone/something else can confirm it

i lowered a thermometer 20 degrees F it was easy i'll pm you the techs if you want them

Cool, Im trying to learn too....I trid the Ice Cube Method (If you know what that is) and The Ice cube was so cold I got a cut for holding it so long.

Well I looked up Cyrokenisis and one way to focus or whatever is to either hold and Ice cube in your hand as long as you can...or take a shower and let the water rain over you.

neo, that stuff is dangerous. You coudl damage your skin tissue and even the nerves under it, and if you do EVERYTHING described in that method, you're likely to cause hypothermia...

Hmm... I've been doing the ice cube method for a little while and my skin never got any lasting damage (I think).

well, maybe not yet...
but you can't "get used to hostile temperatures"
hostile is hostile. you can get used to cold so that you don't get cold quickly, but just like you can't stop yourself from getting burnt by a fire, you can't stop yourself from damaging your skin with cold.
