Hi, Um Ive been trying to practice electrokinisis and Im not really sure what I need to do so can anyone give me some pointers?

I think i may be in the early stages of electrokinesis cus im not able to control the electrical part. The electricity in my body discharges after a certain point but constantly like i sit down then i get up then the first 3 or 4 people i touch get electrocuted. Today in my class that lasts 90 minutes i think i had electrical discharges 10 times every 2 minutes. I still had fun cus i went on a electroshock therapy run on some of my friends  I shocked one of them and it traveled through that one and right into the next. We are currently trying to get it to go through all 5 of them. |
