Ive been practicing for about 2 months now with the psi wheel but didn't get anywhere, and then Friday i read an article at psipog and Sean said something about tricking your subconscious into doing pk. the same night i tried on the psi wheel and didn't move it, then i tried something he said about moving something around on water. so i filled this big peanut butter jar lid with water and put a toothpick in it and after it stopped moving i put my fingers close to it (on opposite ends) and began telling my self.. "its moving" "omg, can you believe it?" "didn't you just see that"... even though it wasn't moving, and then after a while (not not very long) it started to spin ;D. and just to make sure that it really was me i made it spin the other way and then the other way. yeah me. i can moved paper and small things but i can't make them go faster of come to me.

you know, that method never worked for me... so you just say "it's moving" in your head, right? that might be useful, I really can't move anything but the psiwheel stupid mental blocks -_-;;

i wish i could move the psiwheel. i tried last night and think i did it, cause it spun and ther was no breeze in my room and my mouth and nose are always covered. i read the article on psipog, i can't remember what its titled but i remember something about "the gnominsh way" i used that tech to move the wheel. read it.

thanks for the tip, will do ^^
and be confident in yourself, just believe you did it if the chances of it being anything else are slim

I can spin it, and have a little control over both speed and direction. I could spin it the first time...
