i heard of a place called fork-you.com, been there once or twice but I never tried the technique. For most people they say the site is the best and the techs work. There is a warning on the page (or something close to it) that specificaly states that even though the technique works and it is possible to bend forks, not everyone can do it. And one more thing, the bending itself might not be what you think it is.

they must be naturals then
some people take years to understand Pythagoras's theory, or never understand it no matter how many times you explain it to them, and some get it the first time they see or hear it, so I guess it's the same thing with psionic skills

lol, Pythagoras's theory is one of the easyest thing in maths (i got it the first time) but i still don't know how some people can't get it, but i get what your saying. but isn't there an easyer way to bend forks (with your mind)?

the easiest way to do just about anything is different for everybody. the only thing i can say is experiment wih different techs, and just see what works best for you. if all else fails make up your own tech. that's what I do most of the time.
and I don't understand why some people don't get Pythagoras either... it IS simple...
