i did pk a few times in the past week but i was wondering, like when i'm trying to do it there is always "background music" playing in my head i don't really pay attention to it, but i was wondering if it could be stopping me from doing pk.

it could be, but it doesn't stop me, so it's not necessarily what's stopping you.

it could either help or hinder you this music try both listening and then not and see what works better.....

ok, i can't "not" listen to it cause its in my head. i just keeps playing and it really hard to shut off. i have to listen to the song all the way through and wait for it to finish and then try hard not to think of another song, but its like a cd as soon as one song stops the other one starts a few seconds later.

the samre thing happen to me too just try to not think about it it takes a while to stop but keep training to stop it

try calming the mind in meditation. try it for 20 mins........than do pk.
