Hello. This is my first post here and hopefully you can help me.
I have been trying pyrokinesis to little success so far. It is still early days and I understand that these things take time. Yet, I think one of my problems is my uncertainty of what I am meant to be doing. Alot of the sites have the same basic techniques but they don't seem to tell you anything more than concentrate and visualise.
So, are there any tips from those who can do kinesis abilities on how to make progress? Is there anything I should be feeling while I attempt pyrokinesis or any general tips? Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you. Jedi Komali.

Light a match, and hold it almost horizontal with the lit end a bit below the end you're holding so that it doesn't go out.
Then focus on the flame, and try to feel its energy
Once you did that, you should feel you're not calm. Keep the connection with the flame, and calm down. Will the flame to go out.
Sounds like a lot, but it's easy, and pretty much the only thing I can do because my parents won't let me practice with fire.
If yuo can do this, you should move up to doing the same with a candle. And believe me, that's hard.

Hmm, I haven't tried with a match before. I'm using candles. I assume it is having the physical connection to the item that makes it easier than the candle.

actually candles provide a more constant supply of fuel to the flame.
If you make a match flame smaller, it consumes less wood, which makes it easier to gradually put it out. If you make a candle flame smaller, it still consumes the same amount of wax, which will make it hard to put it out.

what about bending the flame or making it flicker on a candle? and how do you know when your connected with the flame"s energy? how should you feel?

I tried it using matches, and it worked! When I focus on it going out it does. Me being me, I wanted to prove that I was doing it and that it doesn't just happen, and just lit it and let it burn, and it didn't go out by itself.
I'll keep practising! Thanks for the advice!

you bend it and making flicker by focusing on that and telling the flame to do so you know when you're connected when you're all calm before you start and suddenly get all hyper you should feel not at all calm at first and then calm yourself down without losing the connection
