I think I found a way for the psi-wheel to move a bit . It works for me ...
Well firts I calm down ... blablabla.
Then I don't think about anything and look at the wheel
when I look at it I try to feel it's surface, like petting it without hands. It will shake then move. REMEMBER don't think about anything and believe.
