i notice that when i practise moving the psi wheel, that when i focus on it and then my mind drifts to something else, the psi wheel moves (just a little) then stops.
is this what its like for you?

Don't remember where but I read somewhere that it's a good starting technique.

Actually that's how most psions get their psi wheels to move. It a commn technique that you can't understand untill you actually try it.

im starting to get the hang of it. i made some new psiwheel now.
i can make it shake (and turn a little) im starting to get the right balance between my focusing and "dis"intent

yea i noticed that too hydro i can make a psiball and everything and i can feel the energy pulsing against my hand and such but when i go to move the psiball to the psi wheel it feels like the psiball disperses and when i try to make the psiball directaly over on the wheel i cant get it done ?!?

I actually tried this just today. I was trying to tilt a pixie stick just a little bit, and after I looked away, it twitched.

ya i heard somewhere that sometimes when you use telekinisis it might appear its not working but when you drift off or stop it suddenly works, like you would be bending a fork and you would be like "oh no im not getting it done i give up" and you put down the fork get a drink and when you look back at the fork its bent so you never know

if you think about it, then it kind of makes sense cause if you think of newtons laws (objects in rest stay in rest unless acted upon by another force) so basically an object will resist motion, it could be that it puts up a little bit of resistance.
Here is an example, if you use TK to try and move the object and you are pushing with 0.001 newtons(left) and the object is resisting with the same 0.001 newtons(right), then suddenly you stop applying the 0.001 newton(left) force and there is an unbalanced force of 0.001 newtons(right) so the object would probably move that way.
this is just how i would interpret this, for all those who this has happened to, did it spin in the direction that you wanted it to spin in, or the opposite one?
maybe im wrong maybe im right. anyways i hope this helped a bit.

I think the reason for this to happen when you stray from the psi-wheel is that you're activating or disactivating other parts of the brain.

hmm interesting, but i just spin it when i look at it xD. If it dont works for me i look on an certain spot(the spot pointing inside) and then it spins. so i alwaist say my psiball is shy so i may not look there and then if i look it spins away .

Lol.
That's a cool Yin Yang Mind crush.
You're going the right way in your TK. Now you need to know what action makes the psi-wheel turn a bit, cause after that, you change your thought and it dies down. So you need to "test" what makes it turn. Usually, when it starts to move, your thought is broken, because of the "yay i did it" thought. It's a thought very hard to overcome.
