Okay first let me start off by saying that I've been reading various articles and posts from as many active sources that I could find. I just got into this around Feb 27th so I know there's still a lot I need to know and learn but i'm slowly clearing my mind of doubts and just drowning it with the information i've been gathering. So i apologize in advance if this post is considered noobish, posted in the wrong section, or posted too soon without me having more knowledge.
Aside from extensive reading and video watching, I've had small sessions trying to move the psiwheel here and there. I came into some trouble because of the air in my room, so I found a clear enough glass to cover the psiwheel with. The few sessions I did have, had me feeling a tingling sensation behind my forehead and since beginning my training i've had some crazy dreams and can't really sleep well. Although since i wake up usually late, I don't feel tired throughout the day so it doesn't bother me much. Also just to be on the safe side I drink water and eat before any session, drink water after, and stop if i develop a headach.
Aside from the above I also get an excited feeling when i'm fully focused on the psiwheel(Usually happens randomly after I get the tingling in my head, but its not constant). The only way to describe it is the feeling you get when lets say, your applauded by a crowd or going up to a girl you like but never talked to before. It's like adrenaline mixed with excitement where you know your heart is beating slightly faster but it only lasts for a brief moment. I've also noticed I get the feeling when I "think" the psiwheel moved (Not spin but slightly shake).
Okay well tonight I finally found a way to clear my mind by playing some music I like that usually relaxes me by streaming music from my comp to my xbox and watching the visualization the xbox music player has(Where it shows a bunch of crazy colors moving around).
After my body became relaxed and no thoughts was in my head, I starred at the psiwheel and after awhile it looked like everything around the psiwheel became blurry except for the psiwheel itself(Didn't think nothing of it, because in my mind it would be natural if you stare at something long enough). However after a while I begin to see like a black outline shadow like effect coming off a corner of the psiwheel and slowly getting bigger till it was kinda like pulsating off different parts of the psiwheel. Thinking my eyes was playing tricks on me, I blinked my eyes while still concentrating and i was still able to see the black thing on the corner of the psiwheel i was focusing on the most but it was alittle smaller and kept fluctuating. During this time I started to feel the tingling sensation behind my forehead, but it got stronger and actually felt like my forehead muscle got a workout.
After a few min or maybe even a few seconds (wasn't keeping track of time), I could've sworn I seen the psiwheel move. When this happened I got that excitement feeling and blinked... everything went back to normal. I really wanted to make progress so i instantly continued to get my focus back until I see the black pulsating off two corners of the psiwheel. The first thing that came to my head during all this, was the black emitting off the psiwheel was some type of energy field so I was trying to control the black emitting off to somehow push the psiwheel. Now the part of the psiwheel that was pulsating the black stuff, actually looked like it was slightly moving or bending(Instead of the psiwheel spinning, like the corner flap was slightly bending on its own seperate from the rest of the wheel). Also i could actually see the psiwheel turninig slightly, but it really didn't move at all even though I could've sworn i seen it moving. I'm thinking the turning i seen was me getting into a mind state where I could see what I was trying to accomplish even though it wasn't what was actually happening in front of me.
Whoa long post, i'm sorry if its too long but I wanted to post everything i felt and seen before I went to sleep and forgot about it in the morning.
I'm probably sure for some reason my eyes or mind was playing tricks on me(Although this has never happened to me before). But i'm just curious if anyone else experienced something similar, and if any of you have any comments or advice to give me.
I'm probably going to stay awake in bed for a bit, because i can't stop thinking about what just happened lol. I hope i don't sound crazy...
