Okay...I know you all hate it when people do this but...I cant seem to get it..I have practiced for about a month and a half, and i still cant move the psiwheel or the candle trick. Any suggestions?
You need to relax, meditate, as funny as it sounds you must clean your mind and NOT THINK about anything! And that's the hardest thing (you'l see every secound brings at least one word in your head -am i doing it right?- and that will push you out of focus.)
