Yes, but if you are starting out. what you should do is bend a spoon with no psi into the shape you want to, and after that. Have another, and concentrate and use psi to soften the metal and make a replica, Shows how psi makes it easier  |

it dosnt work for me, from what i understand, you need the party to do it The party just raises a lot of energy and makes it easier. You don't need the party, it just helps. |

i'm off and on with my spoonbending, the first time worked great (4 loops in the spoon) but now i cant even finish a loop. seems like i doubt myself.

Ops, was busy, partying recently... lol sorry, haven't anymore forks that aren't stainless steel reinforced and if i bent it it snaps... :S gonna have to buy some more.

I concentrate and visualize all my psi going into the spoon and have it soften the metal. And when it feels right i shape it  my msn is novalok@h4cky0u.org if you want more in depth explanation |

Iluveire- Lol I was thinking about bending paper clips but then I was like 'hey..wait... aren't they already bendable?!?' Yeah.
Jose- How long did it take for you to have the feeling? And did you use the instructions off fork-you? If not, how did you do it?
Lol.. the only time I bent a spoon was when I was scooping dodgy-hard icecream from the tub lol... *sigh*

I bent my fist spoon other day! I understand what you mean when you say it feels right Novalok. When I bent the spoon it became really playable and easy to bend but only for a few seconds. I bent it like a spiral.
