That is static electricity.
Science is anything explanable. If you can explain somthing on paper and be accepted then it is Science.
So no Hydrokinesis wouldnt be considered Science as it is not accepted as a fact.

You would firs have to define psi/energy and how it influects to structure. Than you would need to prove it and explain in math formulas. Pain in the a** if you ask me.
no cursing please.

So are you saying if nobody knew how to explain crumbling paper that wouldn't be science The problem is, very few people consider psi a skill like playing chess very well. Many believe it's a cult or a belief. You can't prove or dispove beliefs. Mr, Experiment's statement that "science is anything exlanable" is probably a little confusing. Here's the dictionary description of the word science: 1 : the state of knowing : knowledge as distinguished from ignorance or misunderstanding 2 a : a department of systematized knowledge as an object of study <the science of theology> b : something (as a sport or technique) that may be studied or learned like systematized knowledge <have it down to a science> 3 a : knowledge or a system of knowledge covering general truths or the operation of general laws especially as obtained and tested through scientific method b : such knowledge or such a system of knowledge concerned with the physical world and its phenomena : NATURAL SCIENCE 4 : a system or method reconciling practical ends with scientific laws <cooking is both a science and an art> (Thanks to Merriam-Webster.com) Mr. Experiment uses definition 3a, you use definition, 4. ...now I confused my self anyways I hope that helps
