Do i Pick a Telekinesis?
How do i determine if i'm
Pyro - Fire
cyro - Ice
Aero- Air
Hydro- Water

it's "how I pick a kinesis" Telekinesis is a type of kinesis. Also you do, perform a kinesis, not be one. So you know you can do telepathy if you can move objects with your mind (which really doesn't work that way). You can do pyrokinesis if you can control or creat fire using your mind.

There are also other types with less noticable results - such as Chronokinesis.
You may wish to look into those as well, there are many more things than just Pyro, Cyro, Aero, and Hydro.

To help you pick a kinesis I would take a bunch of element tests to find out what element you are and then practise the kinesis related to your element.
Ex.
If my element was water I might pick hydrokinesis.
