Well, the other day I decided to start practicing PK again (with cat hair). I did my usual relax and charge process, and suddenly the cat hair was moving however I wanted it to move even though I hadn't put any of my psi into it. I was using psi, but the psi was moving the cat hair from where it was not by flowing into the cat hair.
Now I'm thinking, how many other skills can be used without actually moving any psi outside yourself?

weel, when i move the psiwheel, i dont "put any psi to it" i find its actually harder to move it that way. but after a while i become tired and cant move it anymore. so i guess that means i used some of my psi while doing it.
so mabey even though you dont conciously use psi and move stuff, your body/mind finds a way to do it

I dunno . I usually send psi to the psiwheel when i want it to go faster or to overcome dificulties (gravity, non-centered psiwheel).

thanks for those ideas. I personally have a different theory of why we become tired from using psi - that you aren't actually running out of psi or even dropping your levels but your body gets tired from the stress of using it differently.

I don't really know. I use my own energy as well as the earth's. I get a bit tired, cause for you to control the flow, it takes some effort... I found it a bit tiring to focus alone...
