When i try to make the psiwheel move, while focusing my mind on making it move, i start breathing really hard as if i was making effort. I can't do it calmly... Any advice?

i dont know if this helps but i move my psi wheel at night because im able to relax better and if i happen to push to hard i just go to sleep. even if im trying my hardest like you im still able to relax. but are you even able to move it.

I dont know. I always suspect the air is moving around me. However i think i am pushing it to a side, but like in physics, the natural reaction is to stand still, so i see it start to turn and then stop.. if i'm moving it, it's not moving more than 1 or 2 degrees...

meditate before you start this. Practice learning how to breathe slowly. Also, don't focus on it moving. Let it happen.
