i need a new technique so i am able to move a pencil i can move a psi wheel but i have not mastered it but someone wrote on a website cant remeber that the key is not be stuck on the wheel and move on.

You should follow from what one of the psi members said, to enlarge the psi wheel and make it out of heavier objects as....
Instead of regular college ruled paper, use contruction paper and make the psi wheel mabey 6x6 instead of like 2x2 and try to increase control over that.

Work on your controll and stay on that. After a while with practicing on psi wheel try to move a pencil. It is the same thing, only when moving pencil you need to move object in straight line. Try to move it left, right, up, down and after you can do that try to move it in circles. And don't stop working on psi wheel. IF you menage to move it in all directions try to lift it form the surface and make it float. You can do the same thing on psi wheel- spin the psi wheel and focus on it lifting from the pin. If you can make the psi wheel spin & float you will have more controll than most of people i know.

get better at moving the wheel first, then observ how you feel while moving the wheel. then try to recreate thoes feeling when you try tk on something else
