About 2 days ago i managed to get the psiwheel to move, but to move too much. it would only move in one direction, and it would spin with just a bit of my attention.
I yesterday tried to spin it again, and it did spin for a bit, in the same direction, so i tried spinning it the other way. It wouldn't. It would wobble and act like it was pushing against a wall until i lost my focus.
Today it won't spin. any way. I thought i had it, but I am now doubting my ability and believing it was a draft... I'm getting kinda unmotivated. I'm thinking of taking another 2 day break.

Don't man, happened to me before, but think of it this way, when you blow on it it spins a sorta of wobbleing down wards spin, but when you actually spin it , you will see it spins exactly on it's axis, the toothpick or needle you would be using.

I never got my psi wheel working, but then I didn't make it very well and it didn't even move much when I blew on it. I've always thought that cat hair is the best thing for PK training. If you don't have a cat (like me when I started training) you can use a hair from your comb or something.

I can get my psiwheel to spin, but I don't practice enough. I still only get a revolution or two at a time.
I've also seen the difference from actually spinning it and blowing. If you blow, no matter how weak, how hard, or where you aim, it still wobbles like hell and falls off. When you're actually spinning it it's almost a perfect spin with very little wobbling. It's a pretty cool effect to watch(if you're into physics...).

Well, over the last few days I've gotten it to spin with some consistency. The thing is: Don't break. If you break, you have a tendency to loose your desire to try again. At least, that's happened to me. And I wouldn't advicse ending with a failure. You see, your visualization or meathod might fail or bore the sub-c, but chances are, if you've moved it with some skill before, it's only that: Cycle through possible meathods. Personnaly, today the visualization I used the last two days failed me competely, so I just thought I wanted it to move and stopped trying to. Immediately, I got spinning, even though before that meathod did nothing.
Also, something I haven't yet gotten advanced enough to personnaly experience, but I've read alot in articles: Control comes much later. First get it to move period. Then, as you get SOME control and alot of consistency, move on to bigger things. When you come back to the psi-wheel, control should be easier.

Actually I think it would be better if first you master the psiwheel then move on to a BIGGER psi wheel and heavier untill you can master that as well, then pencils and stuff like that should come easier

hmmm, i had the same problem at the start of the week i can spin it every night, then at about Wensdaynight/Thursdaymorning i cant get it to spin ontill Sunday night. so i didnt practise tk on thoes days, but now i do. dont worry, youll get over that problem quickly.
and the blowing thing, what i do is tie my shirt around my mouth and nose so that my breath dosnt cause the wheel to move. then try to blow as hard as i can to see if i can still move the wheel that way.
