I have been trying Karen's method for the psi wheel but I can't seem to get results. I've heard a psi wheel didn't take much.(I'm even using tin foil ) Any help or something would be nice

you shouldnt force it. expect it to move. and dont think about it too much. i think of what i want, then my thoughts drift, then it begins to move. its all a matter of finding the right balance between just observing it, and wanting it to move

Yeah, I use karens technique and well I sometimes make it spin a few times, well I'm not to ashamed since I've only been trying 3 days.
I'll eventually get it done well =D

I don't get it really...I read articles and I think my best bet is the one involving charging.Charge psi into my palms like I was going to make a psi ball but keep it there. Then release it into the psi wheel. Maybe this one will work for me?

Even when I was really good at PK (I'm kinda average now because of lack of practice) I never got my psi wheel to move. I think cat hair is the best tool for basic PK training. Human hair isn't bad either.

The way I get it to spin right now it to visualize(and/or feel, depending on my mood) a tube/stream of energy going into the psiwheel and calmly(very) expecting/asking/willing it to move. It takes a while, but I can get a good spin or two out of it.

your mind is "broken" lol It happened to me too. I wanted it too much and it's like an all-mighty revenge, it would just keep going at the minimum sign of attention. What i use now, I look at one of the bends on the psiwheel, i'm using tinfoil now too (a downgrade for me) and i start thinking "go. go. go . go" more and more often until it starts to move then i keep on doing go. Occasionally i send in a burst of psi to the psi-wheel. I admit it's not the best way to do it, but at least it spins. And every time you notice you're tight, or nervous, or stressed, (i notice my feet are on their tips when i get stressed) , relax. You just need to want it. wanting something doesn't take energy. Just will but that's what they all say...
