freaked!

hi there,
yes yes..I know I'm a n00b but none the less...
I have tried TK before a few years back when I was a young teen, but today after having a strange dream I tried again, with a psywheel....and I managed to make it move a few times, in full circular motions...I don't know how but I did...and this actually freaked me out a little...and now when I try I get nothing...

I think I shocked myself out of it...
is this possible?

It sounds like you had a short burst of tk backed with no exprience. You'll have to start again, go slowly and don't expect too much movement during the first few times.

a short burst of TK is better than none right?
gosh..as soon as the wheel started spinning it gave me a huge fright
and now I can't do it anymore...

The huge fright could well be the reason you can't do it anymore. Perhaps you're not as relaxed when you try again as you need to be.

i've had that short burst. You need to remember how it felt then. it'll make your life easier. I've gotten control on one side of the psi-wheel. I need to gain control on the other side. But when i did, it spinned forever as long as i was near. It freaked me out too... cause i wasn't really focusing... but it also gave me hope.

yep ive goten that burst before because i was hypnotizing myself or using affirmations,but you can tell if you goten or not there would be vibrations in your hands usually.

oh and you didnt shock yourself out of it, because it wasnt ever there it doesnt last forever just about a small period of time
