hey guys, this is my first post so forgive me if i am missing something. I have been researching psi for almost 2 months and i have understood how to make a psiball and i practice constantly on how quickly i can generate psi so its no problem to make a psiball. Now i have read in many forums and guides that in order to move a psiwheel you must generate a psiball and put it on the psiwheel and spin the ball which makes the wheel spin. So i tried that and nothing. Another guide tells me that i must imagine the psiwheel spinning free of my will. As if it would just spin without me doin anything. Tried that and felt liek a jackass. Lastly, one more guide told me that i had to imagine myself in the place of the psiwheel and just visualize urself in its place and then visualize it turning as if you were leaning and it was spinning since you are in its place. I have had enough with people telling me, "dont ask us just look online and i have and i have found nothing. So if you could help to explain to me which method i should use and what i can do to practice let me know please. Ty for all help that is given in advance

The method is up to you. Do whatever you expect to work most. My advice is to avoid focusing so intently upon the wheel that you strain yourself, instead, try to relax a bit while doing it, and 'lightly' touch the wheel with your thoughts, willing it to move.
However, my specialty is not TK.

If I can help you in any way, I would say that your third paragraph would help alot. It would help better than any other guides, in my opinion. As well, Intrigue is quite right when he tells you not to strain but to relax, this is why they tell you to meditate. If you do meditate, I don't really think you need to do for more than 10-15 min., just as you're relaxed.
Placing a psiball on the psiwheel only works if you're very, very close to moving the wheel. Therefore, I woudn't say you should do that if you're a beginner. Just try to do what Intrigue told you and try the method you're comfortable with, but I would say stick to what you said in your third paragraph.

hi. The way i do it is by looking at the psi-wheel and at the same time see it spinning. I have lots of techniques. I have the Go Go Go! where i look at one side of the psi-wheel and think go go go, as to push it away, i have the drag technique which essencially is you feel the way you feel when you drag something (the mouse, anything) and visualize you're dragging the psi-wheel. so i just think drag and visualize my hand gripping and dragging the psi-wheel in the direction i want. finally, the one i use most, is just looking at it and tricking yourself to believe its spinning. look at the center and visualize the 4 lines drifting out of it spinning in the direction you want.

Holy darn, i had my friend (doesnt think i am crazy) stand next to me to make sure i wasnt hullocinating and i saw it spinning through my eyes and then looked at him and it was amazing and then i like jumped up and was like Oh Yeah. Then like everything went dark and blurry and brought me back to me staring at the psi wheel. It felt sooo real, i think i just like saw the future cause my friend wasnt wearing the same shirt and he was wearing jeans instead. Talk about irony, getting some other ability while trying to get something totally wanted.
