Matt adams said on his website that when you go to some TK guide on the computer, it doesnt teach you the baby steps of TK. Does anyone know these baby steps? I dont think i could just start off trying to move the PSI wheel, that's kinda hard for me to start with.

Umm, If starting with the Psi-Wheel is hard then I advise you not to start TK. I have a hard time and I've been moving the psi-wheel for quite awhile. The first time I tried it spun. Not so hard.
