I was wondering which way is better/ easier for the cork- moving- in -water excercise... *moving a cork in a bowl of water *moving a cork in a pool (like, a pool with no-one in it) thats all thanks heaps

I would say in a bowl like Meditate for 15 minutes then sit on the ground and try to move it that helps me alot do you do hydrokinesis???

I believe the objects you use for PK get charged with the psi you send them. Like if you get good at one psi-wheel and then create another one, the second one will be harder. But i'm not sure, though.
What i do know is that your brain CAN cause unconscious blocks. Like I can move a tinfoil psi-wheel easily, but not a paper one. I know i can move it though. I have more than enough control to move it, my brain just won't let me cause it thinks i can't. So be careful.

Hmm... In a bowl. It is smaller, and your subconcious will believe it is more probably to move it. At least i think... I never tryed... But i will ;D

doing it in a bowl is easier and better i know i can move water very very well
