Hi everyone. I have a quick question. I noticed during my telekinetic exercises that I am able to turn the psiwheel in different ways, for example looking at one of the bends in the paper.
Although, I've also noticed that at the point of the psiwheel, or at least near it, when energy is drawn from or to there, it moves. Now my question is: Does everything have these focus points, or perhaps I'm wrong in the entire thing and perhaps it was a buidup of energy in a certain place.

it seems to happen to me too. But i believe its just that a certain point causes a mental reaction. Have you noticed that when you look at that point, it moves, but if you fixate your eyes on that spot, without following the movement of the psi-wheel, it moves anyway? It happens to me. Sometimes i just stay like that, looking at the air, cause it made the psi-wheel spin.

Yes indeed. That can be tricky sometimes. I suppose one would have to get used to it, and perhaps it is a way to even progress.

i dont think stuff have focus points. its just that you have to get used to the feeling of making stuff move, and that focus point thing was a way to help you do it.
i notice that when i move the wheel, its usually a second or third thought, cause im thinking about something else when i get it to spin

Yes, thinking about something else while making the psi wheel move is always fun in my opinion. It doesn't need too much exertion of energy.
So basically, you're saying that if enough focus is put into the focus point, the wheel will move easier once you get the hang of it, therefore progressing?

yeah basically, you have to think of how you feel when you are doing tk, then try to recteate thoes feelings. when you get it right, your brain will lock away the feeling, making it easyer to do tk. i think im almost at that stage.
butit dosnt have to be a focus point. i look all over the wheel when im practising, and try to find a spot where it looks as if the wheel is going to move, it kinda hard to explain

I myself try to detatch from focus points, cause they make up a procedure in your mind that says "find focus point, spin wheel." so if by any chance you cannot focus on a focus point, you break down and everyone looks at you like you're crazy

It is true. But the main reason is beacose you focus energy to that point.

I started to think TK was fake... Because I'd would move it... Then I would look beside it and it would still be moving.

ok, mabey this isnt the focus point you were looking for but:
to do PK you need to find the correct balance between just observing the wheel and expecting it to move.

actually i think it's more than that. you need to observe it, and then, after getting the image in your mind, believe it to be spinning. Image it starting to spin a lot of times, and when it does image it spinning... oh, just another quarter in the fountain,

yeah, that "expecting it to move" part. you look at the object and "see" it move a little in your mind, except, you dont force it onto the object.
well, not exactly in our mind, think of what it would look like if it move at little, but dont force it.

yeah, like if you recorded it moving, and then replay it in your head. The world shifts to accomodate your desires. That's just silly, but it's kind of how it works.
