I suppose there are people who can have a very easy time with a certain ability, although I believe it does take time for most people to enhance.

dont say a type of kinesis, they are all the same. PK on different things.
and yes it is possinle to be natural at PK, it is something that every one is born with, but because it has been neglected since birth, we forgot how to do it

Maybe it depends on a personality and on the way of thinking? All people has something in common- they can be divided in 4 groups, like the basic elements; impulsive-fire, adjustable-wind, stubborn-earth, sneaky-water. Fire will go and hit you in a head in first conflict. Wind will always find a way to tell what is on it's mind and ensure you that you and he/she thinks in same way and they can also suddenly change the way of conversation. Earth will have they're opinion and stick to it no matter what. Water will lure you to say what he/she wants and force you to say what they want, and you don't even have to know about you're tricked. So based on that they have stronger connection with part of mind that controll certain element.
If looked by this I am water/air element.
