Hi. I want to start practicing Telekinesis today. But I have some questions. When practicing TK does the psi-ball do you make a psi-ball to make the psi-wheel move? Is that easier? Or to just look at the edge? Or just close your eyes and visualize?

Putting something over the object you wish to move is not a good idea for a beginner. As well I wouldn't say putting a psi ball over the object would do any good either, I believe telekinetic energy is much stronger than average energy. What you would want to do is get some really light paper, loose-leaf, printer paper, etc, and make that the psi wheel. Practice on it, because the lighter the object is in the beginning, the easier it will be to move it.

its donst help me to put a psi ball on the wheel (but making a psiball before trying tk helps) and nothing works when i close my eyes.
i practise with the toothpick and water and psiwhel. the toothpick is easyer, but i cant move anything onless its floating on water. so i use the psiwheel to move out-of-water objects
i dont really focus on the edge. focusing actually prevents me from moving it. first i focus then i loose focus, then it moves

And I don't have a mask.

i strongly advise tin foil, but use a toothpick as the support instead of a needle. I can't move paper, but i can move tinfoil rather well. (looks at his TK recording)

Yes, that can be a problem, but what I realized is that when I myself sit on the floor, with the psiwheel set up in front of me down below, the key is to simply keep your nose facing towards your chest, therefore not creating any wind to move the psiwheel. This is simple to do since you'll be looking at the psiwheel.

Cover your mouth and try to breath hard few times to see can you move psiwheel with you breathing. And here is a link for TK www.freewebs.com/jedikaren/telekinesis.htm . You have Few ways to do that, use them, see will it work. Note that everything needs time. I needed about a day to move psiwheel. Some people need a week or month/s to do so. I am natural in TK so I progressed fast. Now I have to practice. Practice, more and more and more. Whenever you can.
