Help with electrokinesis

as the title said i need help
i can charge me self up with energy i can even charge up a battery, but i can not drain energy from it.
I have tried for a week now and still nothing.
I also need some tips on how to shock some one or make ya tv go weird.
And by the way I think that i am a natural cause i learned to charge myself up in the first day of practice and learned to charge a bettery on the second. sooo Help me out please
