This is what I have to say if you can make a psi wheel move then you can move water. Whirl pool 1)First meditate for 15 minutes or more more is better . 2)Get a bowl of water don't matter if the bowl is clear or black. 3)Toothpick if you want or something that will float.
Now if you can make a psi wheel move you can movie water Just bring back the feelings the sensations and.Just visualize the water moving in circular motion as you did the psi wheel if water don't move first try then you need practice the toothpick is their to show you made the water move.

i could make the toothpick move before i could move the psiwheel. but i cant recreate the feelings. moving stuff on water has become so a part of me that it just feels normal, like anything else im afraid this will happen with the psiwheel, mabey thats why my traing is taking so long to improve, cause im not just training to spin it, but im training to find the state of mind i need to move anything

Oh I see and yeah it would be great for people to post how to move the toothpicks in a bowl of water for other hydrokinetics that may come to this site
What I do is Meditate for 15 minutes or so.. make a connection with the water and practice moving the water not the toothpick and.If I haven't moved it the first time that means more practice so I tell myself I have moved it even though I know I didn't and. Also you should visualize moving the water and telling your self your not moving the toothpick but the water cause the toothpick is just their to indicate you that the water is moving. ;D theirs my way on moving water

its just a difference of opinion. if there is an excess of 'fluff' on this site, than try another.
