Hi Kain, I seem to have an annoying knack for blowing out lightbulbs fairly regularly(& unintentionally- lol !) & I have noticed that each time I have,that I am a bit upset about something at the time it happens. So, it seems that a surge in my emotions is what is making it happen at the time. I don`t need help blowing any more lightbulbs but... What I would like to know is- How do you actually use your emotions (intensity of feelings)- to channel psi.What do you focus on & how? Do you just have a strong thoughtie about something intense- or what happens there.This is where I get lost a bit with manipulating/directing psi.I am able to do some things, but most happen spontaneously & without trying to... So -I am a bit outta control ;D I know that everyone may have different ways of doing things- How do you? Lola  |

Well, I use positive emotions to channel psi through my body, then push it on a specific part of my body. Oh, please, pm me and tell me how old are you, I'll explain it later. Thanx!
That blowing up lightbulbs stuff, that can be Telekinesis.
(Or Sonokinesis, control of Sound, but I think it's not real.)

just wondering what you think of this. i am interested in starting electrokinesis and thought up a basic exercise, basically all i do is try and light up a lightbulb(energy saving one) was just wondering if this would be a bit to advanced for begining? or if it was good, any other exercises you could think up would be helpful. thank you greatly.
