When reading a pk technique you often hear you must "connect" with the object and it says visualize a tunnel of energy between you and the object,but it never works . so does anyone have any other way to "connect" with the object.

i don't connect to anything. I just "see" it turn. You must make your mind believe it's turning, or your eyes, either one. not sure. I just see it spin, and it spins (sometimes.) other times i just look at a side, think "drag" and look where to drag, as if picking it up with my hands and dragging. Trying to experience what i would feel if i dragged it myself.

I'm sorry that it lasted so long untill I answered you.

You don't have to charge object with energy if you want to perform TK. You can do as well if you sense object's energy and use his energy to do TK.

- There is an article about it somewhere on the front page, but it can work if you look at the object and concentrate. Then still looking at it close your eyes and try to keep the picture of an object in your mind. Than you can use anything you can imagine to charge it- imagine lightning of energy striking the object and passing it's energy to object, waves of energy coming out from the air, ground, sun or whatever. Use your Imagination! Use it to see, feel and doo things- it will be much simplier to you .

Btw you can feel the energy of the object, and than add some of yours if you think it should be added. Also you can ground negative energy into the objects or pull it out. Just practice, energy manipullation is base for everything, the key is to practice and be patient, don't strain yourself too much and relax, be calm, don't think too much, just do it over and over untill you can't do it anymore. After that practice a bit more

I know pyrokinesis you don't have to make a tunnel at all cause that didn't help me either.

tunnels are funny and cool, but does nothing to help me with tk. i think the tunnel is their way of saying you should focus. cause everything thing is made of energy, even your thoughts. so if your thoughts are all over the place, then o is your energy, when you focus your thoughts to one place, then your energy is focused there also.
i just "see" the wheel move. expect it to move and then it should
