Ok I just started learning about this stuff and yes it is very intresting. My friend was telling me about the psi wheel so I went and tried it and it took awhile but then I got the wheel to move. But when I put some sort of glass on over it I cant sem to move it. Can you guys give me tips on how I can move it with the glass over it?

i dont know, i can't do it either. But one thing i've yet to try, either visualize that there is no glass, just you and the wheel, or if it doesnt work, visualize that the glass is there, and that your energy is flowing through it.

You've run into the usual problem that most people face- a mental block. It's all the brain's fault. If you can get past the fact there is glass over the wheel, then you shouldn't have any problem moving it.
