Yes, but if someone does something like this, the possible psychokinesis awakening in everybody (when they realize how it can benefit the good of society) will be stopped because of the ever-going terrorist threats. ITs the sad but very real truth.

Who's going to know that a Psychokinetic did it? Who's going to think that a Psychokinetic created an EMP in the first place. I can assure you that they'll most likely say that it is some device. The chances of them saying that a Psychokinetic created that EMP is very, very, very low.

Okay I need to find out if I'm reallying do it so emp is electricity or an electromagnetic wave so when I'm doing EK my phone shuts off so did I do it right?

That isn't controlling, that's for people's safety. If they didn't do that then people could do whatever the hell they wanted all the time, whether it's "morally wrong" or not.

Morals are relative, by the way, you can't tell someone what's immoral and what isn't.

It would really help if you could explain in detail what exactly you're doing and how you're doing it.

Yes, the Gov is controlling, because if it wasn't for them, after no device was found, then the lockdown would be lifted. If no device was found now, then they would literally tear apart each house, board by board, brick by brick just to find it. Really, I've heard of it happening, otherwise I wouldn've said anything about it.

They would work on tracing the pulse to cause minimum damage, as opposed to your perfect world where terrorists are allowed to run around and do what they want because they aren't found instantly.

Actually, in my perfect world, no-one would be stupid enough to be a terrorist. (and there would be a giant library where everything people learned would be written down and put there. I know this is off-topic, but it seems to be a fun idea.)

And, I'm just saying that it would be too harmful to EMP a city, using EK or a device. And, yes, the source might be tracked and if that is the case, the people of that household would be brought in for 'questioning' and if that doesn't work, there is always truth serum.

I'm not trying to argue, I'm just trying to say about how this is a horrible idea to EMP a city and the source will be caught.
